VisitorSchedule has a strong commitment to providing excellent service to our customers, especially respecting their concerns regarding privacy. When you submit an inquiry, you are prompted to provide your name, contact number, an e-mail address and a valid shipping address. This information is delivered directly to our Partner (Hotel, Resort, etc.) so they can attempt to locate your lost item. Your contact details will be maintained within our joint database but will only be utilized in effect with this lost inquiry.
We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. With respect to Ad Servers: we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers and e-mail address will not receive any direct phone calls from VisitorSchedule.com. Any phone calls or e-mails received will be delivered by our Partner, or PayPal; the payment platform under which you will be processing payment for your shipment.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site , customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.
